Mathijs van de Sande and Gaard Kets delivered a mini-lecture and workshop on communalism at the democratic festival Grondfest in Nijmegen.
After the small lecture on the historical and contemporary ‘communalist’ moments and movements, the (sold-out) workshop presented the participants with an opportunity to rethink and discuss the social and political order of the city of Nijmegen in a scenario where the town had become a commune.
